He is the Managing
Director of Bombay Endoscopy Academy and Centre
for Minimally Invasive Surgery (BEAMS), a
specially hospital for women. He did his Masters
in Gynaecology from Bombay University. In 1991
he had an opportunity to get specific training
with a Diploma in gynaecological endoscopic
surgery at the Christian Albrechts University of
Kiel, Germany. In the same year he also had
advanced training at The Royal Free Hospital,
London. Due to his keen skills in endoscopy he
was later awarded the post doctorate clinical
fellowship in endoscopy at the Royal Free
Hospital in London in 1993-94. Dr. Sinha has won
the Rajiv Gandhi Rashtriya Ekta Award for
outstanding professional achievements and
contributions on August 2002.
Dr. Sinha
is very keen on academics and is a proficient
teacher cum speaker. He was presented papers and
was invited to speak at London, Chicago,
Glasgow, Singapore, Germany, Amsterdam and Kenya
besides innumerable invitations in India. He has
trained approx 450surgeons and gynaecologists
from all over India in endoscopic surgery and
has performed surgeries in more than 40 cities
in India. He is listed in the Lima Book of
Records 2003 for removing the largest fibroid
weighing 3.4 kgs and the largest uterus weighing
2.7 kgs, Laparoscopically.
Dr. Sinha is the
main faculty for the ‘Masterclass for Personal
and Professional Success’, a life changing
seminar. As a motivational speaker with his
background in Machine, he gives a totally new
dimension to the Science of Success. He is a
proficient public speaker and holds a Diploma
for Public Speaking. He is certified licentiate
practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic
Programming). He has participated in several
national and international seminars and
workshops on ‘Quality’, Leadership Skills’,
‘Mega Memory’, ‘Lateral Thinking’, ‘Intellectual
Capital Development’.
He has been conducting
several seminars and workshops on subject such
as, ‘Quest for Success’, ‘Control Your Own
Destiny’, ‘Success is a Matter of Choice’, ‘Born
to Win’, ‘How to change your life in 60 mins’.
He has conducted Mind Control Programme for the
Bombay Police and Army in addition to
Corporates. He also trains CBI Officers in
Mumbai.
He is a personal trainer and
motivator of Miss World 1999-Yukta Mookhey. His
corporate clients include Mahindra and Mahindra,
ICICI Securities, Parke Davis, Hoechst Marjon
Roussel, Color-Chem (Clariant), Bombay Dyeing,
BASF, Permacel, etc. He has been giving talks to
students from various Management Institutes like
Indian Centre for International Business,
N.M.Institute, S.P.Jain Institute, Dalmia
Institute, Wigan and Leigh Institute, Rizvi
Institute, National Institute of Event
Management, M.E.T. and many more.
He has been
invited by several associations of Medical
Consultants, National Institute for Personal
Management, Indian Institute of Materials
Management, National Institute of Professional
Secretaries, Association of Surgeons of India,
Indian Association of Gynaecological
Endoscopists, Association of Physicians of
India. He is a Past President of Rotary Club of
Bombay, is a Paul Harris Fellow and has been the
District Chairman of Rotary International
Working in various capacities. He is now an
International Marathon runner having run 42.195
kms.
Dr. Sinha believes that ‘It takes One

everyone to succeed.
